Instructions
Tanning sprays must be kept in a cool fridge.
Before usage shake tanning spray bottle then simply spray 2 sprays up each nostril before a sunbed (or before being exposed to sunlight)
Caution-
Side effects may include- Nausea, headaches, hot flushes and loss of appetite.
(Not everyone gets side effects but some people do)
If this starts to happen reduce your dosage, never take them on an empty stomach & only take before bed at night (instead of before a sunbed)
Do not use if - Pregnant, breastfeeding or if you’re on any form of heart medication
